Who we are

Euronics Malta is operated by PG [PG LEGAL: full legal entity name, registration number and registered address]. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect

Account: name, email address, password (stored hashed), date of birth, mobile number, loyalty card number and your communication preferences.

Addresses you save for future deliveries.

Newsletter: email address, the page you subscribed from and the date of your consent.

Contact form: your name, email, chosen topic and message.

Technical: IP address and request logs used for security and rate limiting; analytics cookies only if you accept them.

Why we use it and on what basis

To provide your account and respond to your messages (performance of a contract / our legitimate interest in answering you).

To send offers and news by email or SMS only where you have consented; you can withdraw consent at any time from Communication preferences or the unsubscribe link.

Profiling for personalised offers and market research invitations only where you have consented.

To keep the site secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).

PAVI-PAMA loyalty

If you opt in, your loyalty card number is linked to your account so points can be earned on Euronics Malta purchases. Points are managed under the PAVI-PAMA Loyalty programme terms [PG LEGAL: link to programme terms].

Sharing and processors

We use service providers to host the site and send transactional email [PG LEGAL: list processors, e.g. hosting provider, email provider, analytics] under data-processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted or anonymised when you delete your account. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept for [PG LEGAL: retention period].

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to or restrict processing. Most of this you can do yourself from your account; otherwise email info@pgtech.com.mt. You may lodge a complaint with the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC), Malta.

Children

Accounts are for people aged 16 and over.
